I’ve been working on it for about half a year. I had a looong break where I painted other things. This painting was a challenge, but also so much fun! The painting depicts my stepbrother wearing one of my dresses. The image is taken at a party where we all ended up switching clothes. it happens sometimes at my parties. I found the picture interesting because of the juxtaposition of the muscular male wearing a feminine dress. I made the dress even more feminine perhaps when I added a flowery design. I also had a lot of fun with playing around with the background! I painted some monstera leaves just by laying the painting on the floor next to the plant and painting the shadows that appeared.
