Waking forest

Illustrations for an article called ‘A rural idyll` from Vogue interiors about how the nature (and forest in particular) wakes up in spring time (written by Rob Penn). This was a project we had in university during my illustration course. I wanted to draw living trees waking up and stretching their arms/branches. I used Liquid watercolour ink, pen and pencil.
