Birthday gift for my mother
She just turned 50 years old and I wanted to celebrate this with a series of paintings picturing her with me and my sister as young children/baby. She’s got three prints of Gustav Klimt at home, and has always liked his style. Therefor I wanted to try to copy his style in my paintings. I started these paintings last autumn and finished around Christmas. It was soooo difficult keeping it a secret! But luckily she was really happy with them.
